Cleans/Sit-ups/SDLHP Workout

7 Cleans (95/65)
7 Sit Ups
7 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
Only did 5 rounds in 12:38, subbing 70lb. KB swings for SDLHPs.
Extremely disappointed with this WOD. Didn't do SDLHPs because my shoulder wasn't having it. Plus, my lower back was extremely tight from the start. I think I might have tweaked it doing shoulder presses yesterday. I called it quits for this WOD after 5 rounds, because it got to the point where I thought I'd injure myself if I kept going. I need to get healed up, then I'd really like to try this one again.
