4 rounds, every 90sec

1) 3 Squat Clean
2) 2 Squat Clean
3) 1 Squat Clean

On 3-2-1-Go do 3 squat clean (drop and go) and rest the remaining time from 90sec. Next set is a double squat clean, rest the remaining time again and finally one single. Use 3 barbells if possible for different loading. Total of 4 rounds (24 squat cleans)
