5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats
Once you can't complete the movements within the minute you are out.
Did about 8 ruonds and then had to take one off, then 2 rounds and one off and then every other one off until the last 5 mins...took 1/2 of one off then did the rest, but they all ran together.
