complete 21-15-9 reps for time of:
Overhead squats 95lbs
Sumo deadlift high pull 95lbs
By mistake, I did first the SDLHP and then the OHS.. so I need to do it again... but it kinda gives me an idea of the time...
Just to be clear, the OHS go first and THEN the SDLHP
