-5 Pull-up
-10 Push-up
-15 Squats
After each round of Cindy add 1 more G2OH to the last number you completed. Example: 1 G2OH, 1 RND Cindy, 2 G2OH, 1 RND Cindy, 3 G2OH, 1 RND Cindy, until the clock gets to 17 minutes. Score will be the number of G2OH complete in 17 minutes.
