20 minute AMRAP
Easter Egg Hunt!
Starts with a nearly 100m dash to the egg basket, grab an egg and then a 100m dash back into the box.
When inside open the egg, complete the workout.
Repeat!
My eggs, in order:
Prowler-50lbs, down and back
15 push press, 65lbs
9 dips
21 box jumps
15 wallballs @14lbs
3 rounds of cindy
15 kettlebell swings, 1p
