I felt pretty solid on these. 155lb. GTOH is rough for me. The first round was good. By the third round I was really struggling to rack the weight. Putting it overhead wasn't much of a problem at all, but I really need to work on my clean.

My DU's have really been improving. I switched to a rope that was 3" shorter the other week, and it has really helped a lot. I think I banged out 68 in a row, which is a PR for me. Shoulder fatigue was the limiting factor for me yesterday, not timing...which isn't usually the case.
