Deadlift 225/155
HSPU
Then:
800m Run
Only run at the start and end of WOD. Do not run between 21.15.9.

Started off with the RX weight of 225# DL, that didn't last long (3 reps), dropped it to 205# DL to finish the 21 reps. The 15 & 9 reps were done with 185#. HSPU was with a green/green band.
