Mostly practiced split jerk form. 75# felt a lot easier than when I did it 2 weeks ago.

10 Russian KB Swings 20Kg
10 Over The Box Jumps 16"
FINISH 5:45
1st time doing over the box jumps. I was scared. Probably would have done this faster if I didn't take so long just staring down the box. By the 5th round, I felt pretty confident.
The 20Kg KB were really easy.
