On a 30 minute running clock:

5 power cleans EMOM from 0-6 minutes

3 power clean EMOM from 6-12 minutes

1 power clean EMOM from 12-18 minutes
Rest then for 6 minutes (to 24mins)

6 Minute AMRAP (24-30mins)

3 burpees over the bar
5 power cleans (60/40)
6 burpees over the bar
5 power cleans (60/40)
9 burpees over the bar
5 power cleans (60/40)
12 burpees over the bar
5 power cleans (60/40)
15 burpees over the bar . . .
