Box jumps, KBS, Push ups Workout

Max rounds in 3 minutes of;

3 Box jumps 30/24
6 KBS 2/1.5p
9 Push ups

1min rest. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Last time we did this wod was 9.12.12 (I used the yelllow KB and had 16 + 2). I did about a round and a half less this time, but used the Blue KB. Very happy to Rx this time. KBS were shaky, more of a KB Dance than a Swing lol, and it took a few extra swings to get some of the rounds in, but I stuck with it. They actually started to get better in the later rounds.
