Body Weight Fight Gone Bad Workout
3 rounds; 1 minute each station w/ 1 minute of rest between rounds
Box Jumps
Push Ups
Air Squats
V-ups/Sit-ups
Burpees
I did sit ups instead of v-ups...my chest and my abs were feeling the WOD from the day BEFORE when I did a total of 210 push ups and sit ups...total reps ended up being 402.

Push-ups - 29 - 25 - 26
Air Squats - 42 - 50 - 36
Sit-ups - 26 - 26 - 26
Burpees - 15 - 14 - 13
