5X5 Bench Press - I'd like to say that I worked up to two reps of 225 but William's spots were borderline curls
WOD:
7 Minute AMRAP:
3 HSPU, 3 Pull-ups,
6 HSPU, 6 Pull-up
(add 3 reps for each additional round)
3 Minute Rest
5 Minute AMRAP:
10 Toes-to-bar
20 Double Unders
Bench: 135(5), 155(5), 185(3ish), 186(3ish), 225(.5ish)
HSPU/Pullup: completed round of 12 and finished 15 HSPU
T2B/DU: 3 rounds and 8 T2B
