BBC Weightlifting - Snatch Workout
A ) Primer (10 minutes)
Build up to a moderate weight that moves fast. Snatch high-pull + hang snatch + snatch drop.
This is a primer so focus on speed and control.
”Spot the weakness of your lifts”
B ) Worksets (20 minutes)
Build up to a heavy set of 3 snatches that move well.
No ”tng”, no letting go of the barbell.
Two sets with the same weight before adding more weight.
”Fix the weakness of your lifts”
C ) Snatch pull 3-4 sets of 4 @ 110% of the heaviest weight from ”B”.
Focus on good body position and feeling the pull. ”Pysty ja leveä!”
(5-10 minutes)
