A ) Snatch

Build up to a heavy snatch double of the day.
- No TNG, no letting go
- 2 sets with same weight before adding more weight.

B1) Build up to the 4RM (four rep max) high-hang power snatch of the day
B2) 3 x 3 high-hang power snatch @ -10-15kg of B1*
