Build up to a heavy set of ”Snatch pull + snatch + hang snatch
- No TNG, no letting go
- One set per weight.

B ) High hang snatches

B1) Build up to the 4RM (four rep max) high-hang power snatch of the day
B2) 3 x 3 high-hang power snatch @ -10-15kg of B1*
