A) Snatch 1RM

Primer:
In 10 minutes build up to a moderate weight in a complex of: ”Snatch pull + snatch + snatch balance

Max out:
Build up to a 1RM snatch of the day

B) Clean and jerk 1RM

Primer:
In 10 minutes build up to a moderate weight: ”Clean + jerk with 2-3s pause at catch”

Max out:
Build up to a 1RM clean and jerk of the day
