A ) Primer

Build up to a fast set of clean hi-pull + clean + jerk
This is a primer so focus on speed and control.
”Find the weakness” - Use video as help in assessing the movement.

B ) Worksets

12 sets of clean + 2 jerks with stop at catch.
Increase weight every 2-3 sets if the lifts are good.
2:00 send-off.
”Fix the weakness” - Aim for consistent movement mechanics. Consistency > weight
