A) EMOM for 12 minutes of: 2 x ”Äijätyöntö” @ 60-70%

B) GPP Conditioning

B1) 3 x 2min barbell abs. 1 min rest between sets

B2) 20 Minutes for quality & min rest:
10 Medball cleans
10 Wallball shots
10 American KBS
10 OH Lunges

Goal is to go unbroken on each set
