2 Rounds with 3:00 rest between rounds.
10 sets of 2 hang power cleans. One set every 0:30.

B) Jerk
5 sets of 5 ”Half floating” push jerks. Moderate weight
* ”Half floating” = Tasajalkaa työntö, jossa otat 3s stopin catchissa. Jousta stopin jälkeen heti uuteen dippiin ja työnnät uudestaan 3s. stoppiin catchissa.
