Barbell Conditioning Workout
D.T work, 5 rounds for everyone. (Deadlift, hang power clean, push jerk)
Choose 1 of the following reps, add weight across. (20,25,30,35,40kg for example)
a. 12-9-6
b. 9-7-5
c. 7-5-3
Example I decide to do 12-9-6 = 1 round is 12 dl + 9 hang pc + 6 push jerk.
Rest 1-2 min after each round. Time limit is 15 minutes for this.
