20 Thrusters (95/65)
50 DU's (150 singles)
20 HR pushups.

For Thrusters, I did 12 reps at 65, dropped to 60 for 18 reps, dropped to 55 for 18 reps, and then finished the last 12 reps at 50.
Did single jump ropes.
