Another Day of Randomness and a 2-Mile Run Workout

3 Rounds of:
30 Double Unders
15 Ground to Overhead*

*After testing Snatch versus Clean and Jerk, I've decided that Clean and Jerk is going to be my method of movement for WOD #1.

I felt really good during the first mile and then got a major stitch in my side. I walked and sprinted the remaining mile.

This was a really frustrating day of workout. I pretty much wreaked havoc on my body in Cabo and have absolutely no wind. But, rather than not to anything (which I feel like I could continue to do, if I let myself) I decided to work on something that I love, Power Cleans, and something that I don't but that I felt would help my sore legs, run. Good call...I feel way better. And, tomorrow...I will conquer the world...or at least have a better workout.
