WOD 3: Leave nobody behind (25Min time cap)
200 syncro squats: 2x Air squat. 10 kg Plate , 15kg and 5 kg plate
100 syncro STOH 9/6kg Wall Ball, 6/4kg wall ball 40 Kg barbell, 15kg Barbell and 20kg barbell
50 syncro Burpees
