We did a competition style workout today (i.e. two workouts in one day). First we did a half Angie (or AMRAP in 10 min) then, Kelly (AMRAP in 10 min).

50 pushups
50 situps (with Ab mat)
completed one round, plus 5 pullups, 5 pushups and 5 situps
Kelly (modified for this workout as an AMRAP in 10 Min)
400m run
30 box jumps (24")
30 Wallballs (20#)
