Target: 7-8min. This should burn! Push the pace, fast transitions. Choose loadings you can hit the first round unbroken if wanted.

Rxd: 2x22,5/15kg and 60/40kg
Masters: 2x17,5/12,5kg and 50/35kg
Advanced: 2x30/22,5kg and 70/50kg
