AF #masu Workout

AF WEEK 36, Day 1

CONDITIONING:

3-5 rounds for Quality, rest 60-90sec between rounds.

With a single KB, 5-8 reps each movement, go by feel
Two handed Row
Two handed Hang Power Clean
Two handed Press
Goblet Squat Handle
Push-Up

Overall RPE 3-4.

This is strength bias workout, intensity is made with the loading. Choose a rep scheme and loading to challenge to get all reps unbroken, but with perfect technique.
