9/28/12 Workout
In teams of two, with only one person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20-minutes of:
5 Hang Cleans (65/95)
4 Front Squats
3 Push Press
2 Burpees
10 Double Unders (sub "Tuck Jumps")
17 + 4 HC
*Only one partner may be working at a time. You cannot begin your hang cleans until your teammate returns from his/her sprint.
