7 Rounds of 7 (each with 155 lbs)

7 Deadlifts
7 Hang Power Cleans
7 Push/Split Jerk
7 Burpees

51 Burpees performed at end of WOD to reach my designated 100 for the day.

Had to drop the weight on my 6th set to 135 as my grip was shot. I was attempting my first rep of my hang power clean at the RX'd weight and it flew out of my hands. I had nothing. My hpc's are probably quite entertaining as I sometimes get in the habit of reverse curling the weight. I just need a lot of instruction on Olympic Lifts in general. Once I get that down, I will be satisfied. As for tonight, I was disappointed that I had to drop weight for one set but went back up for the final set. Thanks for the WOD Chris_Camp...it wrecked my grip!
