7 rounds of: 5 OHS and 2 15' rope climbs Workout

I did 7 rounds of:
5 OHS (I increased the weights almost every round) (115,125,130,135,140x3)
2 rope climbs 15'. (I tried to keep VERY little rest between the 2 rope climbs)

No belts, tape, etc. I just warmed up for about 15 minutes and then worked on some OHS and then just started doing the sets. I was initially trying to go EMOM, but decided to keep it more like every 3 minutes for the couplet. I'm trying to cary the load, movements, etc. but still getting back and don't want to overdo it.

Plus, I went home after a quick steam and hot shower and then ate a nice salad and then did some plastering.
