– Rest 3:00 between intervals –

Pace. While this week’s 5-minute intervals are still hard, the intent is to deload a little by reducing the volume and removing the “fast start” component (this will reduce overall intensity). Aim to start and finish at (around) the same pace within each interval.
Session RPE. 8/10, you should feel that you could do one more interval at the end if you absolutely had to (maintaining your pace).
