A1: 1-10 Kipping Pull Ups
Rest 60 seconds
A2: 1-10 Ring Push Ups
Rest 60 seconds

Alternate between exercises until all rounds are done.
Choose a number of reps you are able to do on all sets.
If it was easy, just add one rep to all sets next week.
