I used 45# for my O/H squat...I felt really tight today for some weird reason, so my squats were questionable. Plus my toe and calf started cramping as soon as I got to the O/H squat portion, sooooo I only got 8 squats even though I had 2 1/2 minutes to do them. I suck.
