5x5 Deadlift and Bench Press Workout

5x5 Deadlift- 155lbs
5x5 Bench Press- 75lbs

We're going to start adding some 5x5 into the mix, to see what happens. Deadlifts felt good. Bench Press could've been 10lbs heavier. We're going to increase weight each time; I am planning to work on deadlifts 2x/week, so we'll see how this all plays out.
