5K test run Workout

Wanted to see where I was running-wise. Pushed hard but not race pace hard. I haven't run a 5K distance since last April and 20 weeks pregnant. I've been thinking of doing a real 5K race in the near future as a test and to build some endurance back, but in no way do I ever want to do endurance running again.
