I did this after doing JT, but felt pretty good. JT is mostly upper body so I wanted to hit my lower bodty in a similar fasion.
This was fun and I think I bested my high box jumps.
I was pushing 45, 70, 80, 90 x 2 for about 100'
Fun and hard.
