5 Rounds of 2x 5x KB Press, 50m KB Farmers Walk Workout
5x KB Press on each arm times two
50m KB Farmers Walk (I found some stairs to make it even more challenging into the exercise)
For the KB Press I used 16 kg (35 lbs)
For the KB Farmers Walk I used 2x 24 kg (2x 53 lbs) one 24 kg in each hand
The farmers walk is reallllllllllly exhausting!
PS. The video isn't me but it was pretty close to what I did. Never tried the one arm the way that dude does but I'll do that next time.
