5 rounds of: 10 bodyweight bench press + 10 dumbell snatch (5 each arm) Strength
basically do 5 rounds of:
10 bodyweight bench press (135 lbs)
10 dumbbell snatch (5 each arm then alternate after the 5)
I did not really do this for time, but did kind of push the pace.
For time would be a good workout as well.
