Minutes 6 - 10 : Hang Snatch High Pull (Above knee) + Hang Squat Snatch (Above knee) 40 - 60%
Minutes 11 - 15 : 2 x Squat Snatch 60 - 80%
Minutes 16 - 20 : 1 x Squat Snatch 80 - 95%
