4-7 rounds, E5MOM:

Round of DB “DT” +
Round of “Cindy” or “Nate”
Active recovery with assault/row/ski/shuttle run

Do one round of “DT” and one round of either “Cindy” or “Nate” Go by feel with the loading. Try to hit all the reps unbroken. Active recovery theemaining time from 5min. Start a new round every 5th minute. Scale if needed.

9 Hang Power Clean
6 Jerk

Round of “Cindy”is
5 Pull-Up
10 Push-Up
15 Air Squat

Round of “Nate” is
