With a continuous clock,
8 min Cindy(5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats) subbed ring rows for pull-ups and abmats for push-ups both rounds of Cindy.
2 min max Box Jumps 24/20
8 min Cindy
2 min max Double Unders
Count total rounds/reps for each exercise.
Finally got back to the gym this week as my shoulder is finally starting to get better!!
First round of Cindy - 8 +1/3 & 3 abmats
Max Box Jumps - 34
Second Round of Cindy - 7
Max DU's - 45
My legs felt like lead this workout!!
