3x3 Deadlifts and A 10-Minute AMRAP (HSPUs, KTEs, and KB) Workout
3x3 Deadlift:
115 lbs, 135 lbs, 155 lbs (Still working on getting my form better, but happy with the progress I'm making)
10-Minute AMRAP of:
- 3 Handstand Push Ups*
- 5 Knees to Elbows
- 7 KB Swings (35 lbs)
Got the swing down on the KTE on the 4th round, it definitely slowed me down the first 3.
