30 pull ups
21 wall balls (sub for #65 bar thruster's)
800m run
30 TTB
400m run
30 pull ups
21 wall balls (sub for #65 bar thruster's)

I just realized I missed a set of thruster's after the 30 TTB which I was supposed to do. Crap!!
