5 X 3 Shoulder To Overhead (Did 55 and 65 as strict press, 75, 85, 90 as push press)
WOD: 12 Days of Crossfit Checklist
Did the 40m Farmer's Carry, 4x (yesterday) = 4 points
Tabata situps, got 89. Minimum of 88 for 1 point = 1 point
Bench press, #80, 7 reps. Minimum 22 for 1 point = 1/2 point
100 kb swings (53/35), 100 HRPU's. Max time for 1 point is around 7:45. Took 12:13 = 1/2 point
I now have 6 points :-/
