Single-arm DB prep – 3 Rounds @ increasing load
5 DB Muscle clean
5 DB Push press
5 DB Power clean
5 DB Push jerk
– Rest as needed between movements and rounds –
DB weight. Start @ 22.5/15kg (50/35lbs), then build up each round IF form allows (have the DBs ready before you start)
