Alternate A1/A2

A1. Bench press – 4 x 4-6 @ 80+%, rest 1:30 before A2

A2. Incline DB row – 3 to 4 x 8-12 @ RPE 8-9 (1-2 RIR), rest 2:00 before A1

– Do your 1st set @ 80%1RM, aiming for 6 reps (but at least 4). Then build up across the sets if possible.
