1) 6+6 Weighted Front Rack KB Box Step-Up (use 2xKB)
2) Burpee MU/C2B/Pull-Up
3) 10-20 GHD Sit-Up
4) 3-5 Slam Ball over the Shoulder. (heavy power cleans if you don´t have a slam ball)
5) rest
