CLEAN + SPLIT JERK
WarmUp 10-15min: 2 rounds
10× LU raises *light plate
6+6× FFE Split squat
6+6× Split stance Russian twist press *plate
6+6× OH Curtsy squat *plate
CLEAN DRILL: 2 × 3 reps
- clean lift off
- clean pull to hip from knee
- clean pull from power position *navan korkeus
- clean high pull from power position *kyynärpäät edellä
- muscle clean from power position
- front squat
- tall clean *lähtö tasajalalta
= clean
SPLIT JERK DRILL: 2 × 3 reps or 3 reps/side
- Shoulder press
- Dip & Drive
- 1+1 Dip & Drive + push press
- 1+1 Dip & Drive + power jerk
- Stepping Split Jerk Balance *taka-etu, molemmat puolet
- OH split squat *molemmat puolet
- tall split jerk *lähtö tasajalalta, molemmat puolet
*Valitse haastavin harjoite (drill) ja tee se ensin ja heti perään clean + split jerk
*Ota tarvittaessa rinnallevetoon ja saksiin työntöön toinen tanko.
Kuorma:
*Drill: ~30% .... ~100+%, jerk-% *katsotaan tarkemmin harjoitteen mukaan
*Clean + Split Jerk: 60-70%, jerk-%
2-4× 3 + (1+1) @ 1.-7. clean drill + (clean + split jerk)
2-4× 3 + (1+1) @ 1.-7. split jerk drill + (clean + split jerk)
