21-15-9 Deadlift Box jump Workout
Today's warmup was 500 meter row, air squats, pull-ups, and shoulder mobility.
The strength portion was EMOM 3 squat cleans at 115 lbs for 5 minutes, then EMOM 2 squat cleans at 135 lbs for 5 minutes.
The actual WOD: 21-15-9 dead-lift 205 lbs, box jump @ 24" for time (6:56).
