20 minutes, on the minute
4-5 reps x Front Squat.
30 secs x Shuttle Run @ 75%.
30 secs x Russian Swing ‘hard style’.
30 secs x Walk.
– Squats, moderate to heavy, add weight each round if possible. Use rack.
– Swings unbroken and aggressiveness focus.
